After completing the course, you can obtain your state-required certificate of completion quickly and easily. Simply print out and sign the Declaration statement at the end of the course and fax or mail it to us. Once we receive your signed Declaration statement, we will mail your proof of completion certificate to you. Fax and email delivery options are also available.
