  • In order to use our online notary course websites at www.allstatenotary.com and www.bondcalifornia.com, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to access the online course material and contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest and/or purchased. 

  • Orders 
  • We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as name, email, phone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, billing address, expiration date, CCV). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

  • We may use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.   • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed on the order page of this site. Allstate Notary Preparation reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All sales are final. Online notary course fees and live notary class fees are non-refundable. Unused live scan fees (meaning the live scan fingerprinting has not been completed) are refundable, but will incur a $25 cancellation fee.  Unprocessed bonds and insurance and unprocessed supplies ordered including stamps, journals, thumbprint pads are refundable, but will incur a $25 cancellation fee.  The supplies cancellation fee is in addition to and above the live scan fingerprinting cancellation fee.
